“Gayla Fantasia ” - Grey Dapple Arab Mare 10
Gayla is an Arabian mare and was the first rescue horse at Ghost Rock Ranch. She was born on Long Prairie Meadow and at two years old was teaching her mother and the other young horses how to get out of the barbed wire fencing. The owner had lost patience and asked if I would take of her.
Gayla is a high-spirited, smart, and athletic mare. She can ride with an intermediate rider but needs an advanced rider to take her to the next level. She thinks she’s “Paris Hilton” and is spoiled with the idea that she is an only child with a bunch of adopted siblings. Gayla has taken over as the lead mare since the loss of HONEY.
She suffers from a left shoulder injury and needs chiropractic work.
